With my fervent greetings of freedom and solidarity in the moment for the nation, would take care of you, my fellow citizens, to to express that in the beginning of this distressing 2009, in which, for purposes that often do not reach to understand and filled with a steadfast hope to move forward, although it is, we have developed over 10 years of uninterrupted civil fight, never emulated in the past, the feat has been regarded with contempt not only for many nationals duped and manipulated by the most odious and pernicious an overwhelming state morally, but also by the international community has unfortunately always ingratiated himself with the authoritarianism of all time.

The entire nation is asking for help, the effects of the global crisis and the clumsy handling of the money of the people, shouting from the rooftops of the world such ignominy.

I thank the position of many Venezuelans who every day through their views, independent media, encourage and show us ways of life and hope, to them my message of encouragement and my invitation to become enthusiastic boosters and public actors to achieve this feat for Freedom. They are largely the formal inspiring this Country Alternative Project.

The idea expressed here, which is a compendium of thought and feeling of a vast majority of Venezuelans, should be seen as another contribution in the search for specific outputs, timely and effective to transfer plurality and libertarian sense to our political system threatened by the barbarism of the past century. Us call this alternative as civil and humanistic as:
