We are committed to the overall success of a project of life, and a Project Alternative Country, as a process of transformation of the individual, within a vision global society and politics.
1. The Bureau of Labor civil unity is who makes their internal rules, always open and in accordance with general principles of the Platform for the Freedom and Unity Venezuela Civilian José María Vargas.
2. We manage our energy planned search of a better quality of life for ourselves, our communities, region and country, giving priority to the common needs without discarding the individual.
3. We pledge to take, understand and accept the price and risks of our work-group as equal individuals.
4. Our system of testing and training of the new way of doing politics is "Learn, Learning to Do." BUT without improvisation.
5. We respect the opinion of each individual within the Working Mesad, being aware of group processes.
6. We develop consensus through proposals and counter proposals in the search solutions and initiatives that contribute to our improvement as individuals in a plural society, changing, and full freedom.
7. Individuals from the Bureau of Labor civil unity, we assume a self-help method, overcoming domain manipulation, dependency and unequal competition. Rotating leadership practice.
8. All contribute freely, not justify, excuse or evade. Therefore, we practice honesty, mutual respect, in fact, word and thought.
9. Individuals from the Bureau of Labor civil unity once established and developed in our functions, social, political, technical and strategic, we commit to generate other Working Groups contributing and taking on new challenges within the political dynamics that seeks the transformation of society through the implementation of a Project Alternative Country.
10.La creation of a Bureau of Labor Civilian Unit is part of a broader socio-political and therefore require interaction with the whole system of movement of thought, opinion and action, to achieve the objectives and goals in balance with all our socio-political movement.
11. Activists of the Bureau of Labor civil unity and respect must be met with attendance at meetings and events, only then we will have an overview of the process of education and political participation in civil unity José María Vargas and society.
